I am a foreigner (outside malaysia), how do i pay ?

By credit card and paypal. For high risk orders we only accept Bank TT, Western Union , emoneygram.com.

We always advise shoppers to take time to browse our website before making decision. Besides, we are also running as a Malaysia registered company binded with Malaysia laws .

How much is shipping fee?

For west Malaysia is rm20 for 3kg and below. For east Malaysia is rm10 for 3kg and below. For above 3kg is every 1kg add rm6 for west Malaysia is rm10

When will you send my orders ?

Normally we will send your orders within 3 working days start from the next day of your payment . However, many items need to be shipped from oversea and need 7-14 working days.

What are the shipping options?

We normally use Poslaju because it's the cheapest but we also use a few others private couriers. For oversea orders, we normally use EMS and registered mails but we will also follow customers request to use DHL, FEDEX, UPS etc expensive service if customer want to pay

FREE delivery for purchases above RM500. myshopshoponline provide FREE delivery for puchases above RM500.00 to anywhere within in Malaysia. All orders will be delivered by myshopshoponline approved reputable door-to-door courier service provider to ensure that you will receive your orders on time

What is your warranty policy?

Each of our catalog merchants has their own Warranty policy (they differ from item to item). The warranty period is listed on the product description. If not available, the item's warranty is dead on arrival. However, please contact us to confirm the warranty again if our website doesn't mention or not clear. Some items come with warranty sticker , warranty card. Buyer must ensure the items he receives come with the sticker or card, if not pls contact us by email ASAP. Some others item doesn't come with warranty card or sticker but the there is serial number or code on the item. Some other items' warranty will be based on your purchase record with us.

What if the item you received is Damaged or Defective?

You can send us an email and report the damage. We will then guide you to return the damaged or defective items ,and we will make a new replacement to you. If the case, we fail to replace, we will give you a refund excluded postage. Processing your return usually takes 2 business days from the day we receive the return products.

What if I don't like the product as much as I'd hoped?

If you are not completely satisfied with your items ,you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a refund. You will receive a full merchandise refund minus a 25% restocking fee * for only items below selling price of RM100. So, please be careful and survey properly if u are buying expensive items. All returns must be preauthorized by us. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be repacked in the original packing material and be complete. myshopshoponline.com is presently an pure Internet retailer without a physical store and we also don't have a counter for viewing nor self collection.

For sms , please send brief sms : (name) want to buy (no of units) (item name) (location : Peninsular, Sarawak, Sabah, Spore, Brunei, others) (payment: Maybank,RHB, HL,BCB/CIMB,PBB, Paypal, other). We will reply you with sms for total amount and bank account. Once you have made payment, please ,Immediately sms again : (name) paid (amount) for (item name).

How to order different size, color or capacity than what is listed or what the images shown?

Some items has different size ( eg. clothings) , color (eg. MP3 Players) , capacity ( eg. memory card). Please write down your prefer size, color , capacity on the instruction box when checking out. Your payment will be made according to amount of different size, capacity written on the product page. We are sorry for unalbe to provide a more user friendly shopping cart to you at the moment.

3. Myshopshoponline.com will send you an email containing courier service tracking number once we shipped your item.

4. The courier service personnel will send the products to your door step.

1. You will receive a Payment Recipt Notification email (only by Email) by end of the day or Monday morning if u pay on Saturday or Sunday.

.2. We will also send you a shipment Notifiation email (only by Email) by the day we send out your parcel. If you don't receive your item or shipment Notification email after 3 working your payment. Pls email us to check. In case you want to send sms, please include your email address that u used to when you order from us.

3. Most of our shipment are sent by courier service , which will be reaching you the next day after shipment date, except remote area in East Malaysia, and shipment direct from Oversea for certain items. For Poslaju, please don't be worried if u cannot track the number online at first two days, it could be slow. For registered mail, you can only check by calling to Pos Malaysia.

4. If nobody at the address, both Poslaju and registered mail delivery staff will leave a note to your mailbox. You can bring the note to collect at the indicated Pos Office.
